For colleges
Your members' CPD shouldn't depend on someone in your office keeping the log book.
We help colleges run CPD, events and education so the record keeps itself and your team spends its time on the program.
The activity happens in one place, the record lives in another
A college runs education, CPD, events and membership, and they often live in different systems. A member attends the conference and the attendance is recorded in one place. They complete a module and the certificate comes from somewhere else. At the end of the CPD year the calls come to the office: can you confirm what I did?
Since 2023, doctors have needed an accredited CPD home each year, and the specialist medical colleges are CPD homes. A member’s CPD record now matters to their registration, not just to their membership.
The record keeps itself
itself
CPD lands on the record as it happens
Attending, completing or passing adds the CPD to the member’s record without anyone keying it in.
glance
Members see where they stand
Their position for the year, and what would close the gap.
demand
Certificates without a phone call
Certificates and log books are there when the member needs them, without contacting the office.
upload
Providers add their own activity
Third-party providers upload activity themselves instead of sending spreadsheets.
team
Staff run registration
Staff set up conference options and pricing themselves, without a vendor for each year’s changes.
Your rules stay yours
Your CPD rules, your audits and your program stay yours. We take the bookkeeping off your team.
We work with the membership system and learning platform you already have.
Colleges, and an association that runs CPD
Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. Pathology Update has many concurrent streams, dependency rules between registration items, and member and non-member pricing. We integrated Kentico and iMIS so College staff build the registration options themselves. The College now runs Pathology Update without external development support.
Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Our integration toolkit gave the College’s own development team direct, real-time access to iMIS member data, so a large internal team could build online services without waiting on the membership system.
Australian Dental Association. For a dental association rather than a college, we built a CPD self-management portal: CPD recorded automatically from activity, with certificates and log books available in real time.

Can a member download a certificate without contacting you?
Do third-party providers send you activity in spreadsheets?
Who builds next year’s conference registration options: your team or a vendor?
If the answers bother you, we'd like to hear about it.
