AIM is Australia's premier professional association for managers and leaders. AIM WA offer membership, networking opportunities as well as a full suite of training and qualification options.

The Goal

Delivery of a website that fosters self service and makes it incredibly easy to register for a course or training program.

The Challenges

Previous firms had struggled to integrate with the underlying iMIS AMS, resulting in a data quality issues. AIM WA have different education solutions on offer that require a cohesive consistent experience for the customer.

The Solution

A suite of web services that allows real-time integration with the iMIS AMS. Including event calendars, event pricing, booker registration, invoice payment, contact management and a streamlined experience makes event registration as simple as possible.

The Outcome

Online registrations boomed and staff spent less time taking registrations on the phone and required less time to improve data quality. This allowed more time to be spent on adding value for the association.
