Membership Lifecycle Scorecard
When you complete our free assessment quiz, we collect:

- Organisation name
- Your quiz responses and resulting scores
Website analytics (PostHog)
We use PostHog to understand how visitors use our website. This collects:
- Pages visited and time spent
- Clicks and interactions
- Browser type and device information
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
- Referring website
PostHog data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
Our website includes the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which collects:
- Page visit data and referring URL
- Device and browser information
- IP address (truncated by LinkedIn)
This is used to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising and to show relevant ads to website visitors on LinkedIn. You can opt out of LinkedIn advertising tracking in your LinkedIn settings.
How we use your information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry — when you submit a contact form or complete the scorecard, we use your details to reply and follow up
- Deliver scorecard results — to calculate and send your membership lifecycle assessment
- Improve our website — analytics help us understand which content is useful and how to improve the site
- Measure advertising — the LinkedIn Insight Tag helps us understand whether our advertising reaches the right audience

- Scorecard results — up to 2 years
- Analytics data — up to 12 months
